Origin of the EU icons
The European Commission makes the icons “AI”, “AI GENERATED” and “AI MODIFIED” freely available (Commission page, last updated 24 September 2026). We reproduce them unchanged: no new colours, no distortion, no translation inside the icon. Using them does not mean that anyone has signed the Code of Practice or that the Commission has endorsed anything.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The EU's former online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). That is why there is no link to it here.
